Our care for the product has made La Despensa del Barón one of the most emblematic restaurants in the centre of Palma de Mallorca. This is where the hotel’s acclaimed à la carte breakfasts take place, featuring fruit bought daily from the nearby Mercat de L’Olivar, cold meats from the Mercat de Pere Garau and sobrassada and camaiot from Llorenç Cerdà, in the town of Porreres.
This space is steeped in history as it is located under the five Gothic pointed arches of the 16th century Baronía de los Boixadors, which were discovered during the renovation of the Posada Terra Santa building.

Open to the public from Wednesday to Sunday for lunch and dinner, it has become a favourite meeting point for the local public, with a Spanish cuisine that is committed to Mediterranean renovation with powerful food with touches of proximity that go from the Mallorcan countryside to the table.
